Danbury High School Class of 2002 Reunion - 01:46 PM
As 10 years gone by since high school, we hopefully have changed since then. We have a special night planned to celebrate 10 years. For me at least, it doesn't seem like 10 years have gone since I graduated. We are having our class reunion on November 23,2012 (Black Friday) at the famous Amber Room here in Danbury. The event is set from 7 PM to 11 PM. Have you been in Mecca, The Fishing Hot Spot in Middle Keys?
 
I have been fishing  a long time here in Florida Keys and, and I was thought that if  I keep my  belly button aimed toward the front of the boat, I will feel safe and strong to stay in the boat.
So in my experience, I have never fallen into the ocean, and if  I fell  into Atlantic Ocean, the sharks will come after me.. I know that..

The National Association of Realtors (NAR) said Thursday that sales of previously occupied homes fell 5.4 percent in June, and that sales results were the fewest since October.

How Low Can Interest Rates Fall? This Week They Hit New Record Lows! - 12:48 PM
Today, 7/19/2012, Freddie Mac reported that the average mortgage interesy rate for 30 year fixed-rate mortgages was 3.53%, down from last week when it was 3.56%. The average interest rate for 15 year fixed-rate mortgages was 2.83%, down from 2.86% last week. A year ago the 30 year rate was 4.52%. Two weeks ago I asked if we had finally reached a "bottom". Apparently not. I hope many of you are able to get these new rates when buying a new home or can do the same on a refinancing deal for your current home.

Generally referral fees are made to an out of the area or state agent/broker. I have a client whose son is an active broker in one county north of me and I can only assume he does not want much involvement in the processing of the deal. We agreed in writing on a 25% referral fee of my part of the commission. It reads just that. Now however, mom does not want to move forward on a deal unless I give “her” 50% of my commission.  (25% of total paid).
