Preparing Buyers To Purchase A Home - 12:32 PM
There are many ways that we as professionals in the Real Estate Industry bring value to our clients, but it all begins with Preparing Buyers To Purchase A Home.  Being in the lending side of the industry the value that I bring to that process, starts with my first contact with each and every Borrower, but it does not end there.  I bring value to my Borrowers throughout the whole Mortgage Process, from Pre-Approval, to Applying for a Loan, through the Closing, and Post Closing.
In Preparing Buyers To Purchase A Home I begin with the same process with each … (28 comments)

You may or may not have read the post recently about an agent who made the business decision to NOT take clients unless they were cash clients at a certain price point.  I read it, and it's been weighing on my mind since I read it.  And I've decided to … (36 comments)

This House is on its Last Leg - Listing Bloopers You can't Make up! - 07:01 AM
This House is on its Last Leg - Listing Bloopers You can't Make up! As seen on the MLS!  Most agents put a lot of thought and effort into the MLS descriptions for their listings but even the best agents will occasionally come up with some real gems!
Below are some descriptions from our local MLS I came across just recently that are just too good to keep to myself!
While researching some vacant land for sale in Hernando County for a buyer, I came across this:
"23,756 SF - LARGER THEN MOST HALF ACRE LOTS"
Yep.  Do the math.  It may not be by much but … (18 comments)

Because my Realtor told me so....Never say "never" unless your sure - 03:22 AM
A couple week ago a Long time Client, Owner of a real estate firm called me to tell me he was being sued. I felt bad for him especially after I heard  the details of the Lawsuit.
One of his agents had sold a couple a home last November who had moved here from Indiana. The buyers had emailed him about obtaining flood insurance. The Agent replied to the  buyers, " I have lived in this area for 20 years, this will never flood, you don't need flood Insurance"
We'll sure enough Tropical storm Debby rolls through Florida and floods their home. I … (13 comments)

Really? Lost Two Posts, Today! - 01:00 PM
So, after I wrote a post explaining my lack of patience with computers and the new electronics that we use, I just lost that post because "Topic Can't Be Blank" continued to pop up and I had no idea what the system here on the rain, was trying to tell me.  I did check the Topic on the Outside Blog, three times.  The last time, it decided to just leave me with a blank post, yet again.
I wasn't looking to post this on the outside blogs and hadn't checked that box.  I am guessing that you cannot do that.  I … (10 comments)

I did many of the Feng Shui changes suggested but still see nothing... - 12:03 PM
I did many of the Feng Shui changes suggested but still see nothing...

Those who are brand new to the principles of Feng Shui can easily be mislead by the information portrayed on popular television programs such as HGTV or TLC when it comes to understanding the process of Feng Shui from a mental, emotional and spiritual aspect.
These interior decorating shows provide excellent examples of how to Feng Shui a home with furniture arrangement, colors, textures and overall decor according to the principles of Feng Shui. But many times shun the deeper understandings with the other components that … (4 comments)

Have you moved into your new home? by Feng Shui LI and New York State - 12:29 PM
Have you moved into your new home yet? by Feng Shui Li and New York State
Many clients I have been working with these days say they are either to busy, not fully committed to living in their new home or are simply lazy about moving in.  When you do not move in or in Feng Shui terms "claim your space," you are not energetically grounded and supported. If that is the case, how do you expect to grow, develop and progress in other areas of your life?
Where you live is home. Wheater you choose to move or had to, … (2 comments)

Think Big...Dream big.   We become what we think about most.  So I see no reason in thinking small or negative.  The thing we have most control of in life is our thoughts.  Use them wisely because your dominating thoughts become your reality in life. Look at where you are in life and think of what you think about most.  If you think of trying to avoid the negative... bills, … (4 comments)
