Most of us, at one time or another, have family members or friends who need more services than we, in our small way, can provide them. The Neighborhoods Resource Center, 1312 - 3rd Ave North, Nashville, TN, 37208, 615-782-8212, has developed a website with services in 9 counties in Middle Tennessee. They want to publicize the site and hope that it will be helpful to neighborhood leaders, case managers, pastors, community center directors, and individuals. Help is available for finding:

I am going to be reblogging a lot of posts on creating videos over the coming months. Learning how to shoot and edit videos is my newest challenge to myself. Statistics show that 71% of our sellers would like a video of their listing and only about 3% deliver. Imagine how much more business you can pick up by offering real videos with each listing (not just the still photos with a panning action). I spent the afternoon creating a video with Windows Live Movie Maker, I love that program - no learning curve whatsoever. Very easy to use and easy … (3 comments)
