I like thw closing sentence Lenn Harley closing sentence uses here.  Actually I guess it is really a question.
Most remodeling articles I have read seem to say the same thing about home improvemnets - focus on the kitchen and bathrooms for the best return.
While that advice is probably good I am with Lenn Harley here - photos of the kitchen are probably your best marketing pictures.
If you are selling your home make sure your real estate agent uses photos that highlight your home's strengths!

You're probably wondering why there's a pistol sitting alongside this clipboard?  I hate to say "has it really come down to this".  Are our negotiations this dangerous?  The woven Kevlar clipboard you see here is actually bulletproof and is also fully functional as a clipboard too.  You'll have to practice a bit to fend off stray bullets but this is excellent for those closings and/or negotiations which you know may become heated instantaneously.  Have a fabulous day!

As we all know, yesterday was 9/11/12. 
I was speaking with a friend of mine yesterday about the Subject of what happened that horrific day on September 11th and the observance of it. I got to thinking about it most of the day, and became bothered of how on our yearly calendars it is not written on our calendars and observed like Memorial Day, in observance of War, Pearl Harbor, or Labor Day, Martin Luther King Day, Presidents Day, etc...
