It's Monday morning here in central Indiana.  It's raining.    My day is starting off with a buyer that needs to go land contract, a buyer that is looking for a house under 100k, a buyer that cancelled on me Saturday but may want to look tonight.  Am I dreaming?  Is this 1983 all over again?  Let's hope not, but sure does seem like it.

Plan B Buyer update - 04/17/09 09:14 AM
We did it!  We were the successful bidder!  He had to up his price substantially but he won out.  Now we are looking for the best rate, and to close by the end of April.  Keep your fingers crossed for me that all turns out well.

Update on Plan B Buyer - 04/15/09 05:27 PM
A few blogs ago I reported that my buyer came up with a new plan B.   It was to good to be true.  I was searching on our local BLC(MLS) and there it was a house for my plan B buyer.  We set the appointment, get to the house open the front door and to our surprise it was the house we've been searching for.  We get back to the office, we write a full price offer, its faxed and submitted.  I get the phone call its not accepted but they want a higher or best offer.  I guess there are … (0 comments)

Tiger Wood's Yacht - 04/13/09 11:27 AM

That was my view from my rented condo while vacationing in West Palm Beach.  I understand he was playing in the Masters this past weekend while his yacht was getting new carpeting.  Now I am back to reality and my view is not that of Tiger's yacht. 
While I thoroughly enjoyed my vacation I was ready to get back to work.  Why is it that your clients always want to look at houses while your on vacation? I really felt sorry for my sister (realtor) who was willing to show houses and write offers while I was away.  Where are … (0 comments)
