      <title>Save Money On YOUR GROCERY BILL</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;I first learned about &lt;strong&gt;The Grocery Game &lt;/strong&gt;in August.&amp;nbsp; It is a website that lists the specials for different grocery stores in areas throughout the US.&amp;nbsp; The cost to try it out is $1 for 30 day.&amp;nbsp; After that it there is a nominal charge that varies depending on how many stores you want to receive the grocery list for.&amp;nbsp; Anyway, the website saves you time because it lists what is on sale at&amp;nbsp;the supermarkets each week.&amp;nbsp; It also tells you which coupons to clip for additional savings.&amp;nbsp; Sometimes I have my kiddos help me clip the coupons and they get to clip a coupon for&amp;nbsp;a treat that I will buy them! &amp;nbsp;Each week you will want to purchase&amp;nbsp;at least one&amp;nbsp;double&amp;nbsp;Sunday newspaper.&amp;nbsp; The idea is, when items you want to buy are on sale &lt;strong&gt;35-100% off the regular price&lt;/strong&gt;, you want to be able to stock up on the items, so it is better to have multiple coupons. I buy 3 papers (6 coupon books) a week and my girl friend buys 8. &amp;nbsp;We each have families of six, but she has a &lt;u&gt;larger pantry&lt;/u&gt;!&amp;nbsp; I spend about six hours a week from buying the news paper, picking what I want to buy, clipping coupons and going grocery shopping but I &lt;strong&gt;save $100-400&lt;/strong&gt; every time I shop (depending on how much shopping I do that week).&amp;nbsp; I don&amp;#39;t always shop every week, but you do need to get the paper every week!       <title>Big Tree Sushi</title>

      <title>BALANCING ACT</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;Are we real estate agents or jugglers?&amp;nbsp; I have four children ages 6 to 14.&amp;nbsp; I began my real estate career eight years ago.&amp;nbsp; I got pregnant with my third child the same week I got licensed!&amp;nbsp; I have been juggling the two jobs ever since!&amp;nbsp; I&amp;nbsp;do my best to be a &amp;quot;full time&amp;quot; mom and a &amp;quot;full time&amp;quot; Realtor.&amp;nbsp; I work from 8-2:30 and than 5-7 (when I need to work in the evening) and on weekends around their games and events (as much as possible).&amp;nbsp; It is much easier now that they are all in school.&amp;nbsp; When they were little we lived close to my mom, mother in law and sister in law, who helped me when I had to run out and meet a buyer, now my high schooler babysits.&amp;nbsp; You will usually see me flying around, because I don&amp;#39;t waste a minute of my day, there is too much to do, to sit idle!       <title>A Little bit of God Shines through...</title>

      <title>Prosper Texas</title>

      <title>Buying Investments in Texas</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Now is a great time to buy investment property in North&amp;nbsp;Texas.&amp;nbsp; Our market has not suffered like other parts of the county.&amp;nbsp; There are a look of foreclosures and pre-foreclosures available and the prices are like no other!&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Here are two ways to go about purchasing investments in a state other than the one you live in.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Plan A&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;1. Visit with property management companies while you are here to find a company you like. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;8. Have home inspectors to let you know the status of the properties. &amp;nbsp; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Plan B&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;1.
