Illinois Real Estate Licensing Requirement Changes

The Illinois State Senate passed a bill this spring that would double the requirements for licensing od salesman and broker. Also included, is the continuing education requirements would increase to 30 hours.

There is too much on the table for this bill to make it through this year. However, the cats out of the bag and I fully expect licensing requirements by 2009 to include some of these changes.

My next Illinois Salesmen pre-license class will be held in Palatine beginning 3/27/07. Class is Tuesday and Thursday from 6:00 pm to 9:30 pm. Final exam will be on 5?01/07.

Contact me for registration information and details. This is the State of Illinois required 45 hour transactions course. Completion of this course entitles the certificate holder to set the state licensing examination.

1. Palatine Nov 2, 2006 to Dec 12, 2006 Tu-Thu 6:00 to 9:30 pm

2. Bloomingdale Nov 4, 2006 to Dec 16, 2006 Sat 9:00a to 3:30p

This is the state required 45-Hr. licensing course. A certificate for taking the state licensing exam will be issued upon successful completion of the course. Class fee is all inclusive of books and materials.
