Holiday Time is approaching and it is the time of the year when I send calendars to my previous customers, for their use for next year.  Throughout the years I have established many relationships with satisfied customers, some buyers, some sellers.  I remember each and every customer and their transaction - some deals were easy, some were hard but through it all I made sure to give them the service that they deserved and in turn, I receive referrals from these satisfied people.
