This is a question I get all the time when I tell people that I am a mobile notary & mortgage notary signing agent. I am still amazed how many mortgage brokers and even title companies do not know what I do. I always take the time to explain to them the basic concept about being the last person to go to your client (or you , if you are the borrower) and even sometimes these days, the only person the client sees in the whole process.
