Be A Bounce Back Person - 10/31/08 10:55 AM
Last evening I was going through my email and I read the daily devotional from Joel Osteen. He spoke of challenges and bad times we would face and how we need to be thankful for those moments because the Lord is dealing with us and making us stronger. He spoke of the Palm Tree, smaller, lanky and just very fragile looking. Does my realtor really care about my needs and wants or are they just trying to get another sale on the books? (1 comments)

I always strive to give excellent customer service, over-explain everything to my clients so they will understand the program they choose and always stand behind my word. In doing that, I felt like all of these other loan officers (5 comments)
Taxes & How They Can Affect Your Payments - 10/27/08 09:59 PM
Whether you are a realtor with home purchaser or the client, it is essential in today's market to have a loan officer that will explain tax escrows, closing costs and payments in great detail with verbiage you can understand. Taxes are one thing that tend to escape most people in their explanations. Especially if purchasing new construction, home that was previously an investment property or a foreclosure. Taxes can greatly change your monthly payment until home has been submitted for homestead exemption. In Jefferson and Shelby County taxes are paid in arrears and assessed once a year on October 1.
