My question is on the topic of help for Pre-Foreclosure home owners. I get asked once a week by a home owners who would like to keep their homes what programs are available to them. I know the bank sends info on the "Hope" program, but what else have you found that could offer them some relief?
We try to solve the problem, before be talk about the home owner needing to sell their property.
