In these spots, prices are dropping, making it very difficult for homeowners to refinance as lenders are reluctant to take on risk. WOW-$ 99.98 that's a kick in the trash- a hundred bucks more added on top of the normal garbage fees just to have the garbage picked up, just because of location. Well I can't see the added value this waste company provides for $100, so I called Waste Management of Rainer and just asked what was the reason for this added fee.  Let me share what I got from the customer service agent.
