WOW-$ 99.98 that's a kick in the trash- a hundred bucks more added on top of the normal garbage fees just to have the garbage picked up, just because of location. Well I can't see the added value this waste company provides for $100, so I called Waste Management of Rainer and just asked what was the reason for this added fee. Let me share what I got from the customer service agent. Granted this is something comical, because you never know what answer you are going to get on the other end of phone. Most homeowners rely purely and simply on the percentage of the fee of what the property manager changes for his services to oversee the homeowners property.
