Tenants are fearful of rental house after robbery-
What do you do when they are fearful! Do you make them stay in a house that they do not want to come home to? Sometimes changing the locks can't help the emotional scars.
We are sorry to say we had a robbery at one of our rental home this summer. The robbery was from kids in the neighood, and it was in the afternoon,but still-The fear way so great in our tenants that we let them out of their Lease- I feel if you can't sleep in peace you should not be … (0 comments)
