Great article BY Danny West on being a Landlord to ex-cons- I don't think I'm ready for this final disappointment Seattle, granted the Property management business is plenty hard enough as it is!
All I can Really say is" Really" OMG WE are just Nxxx- if this Passes. Where are we going to turn when we need enforcement- Seattle Police dept is in the New every Night for Neglect to its ccitizens. I guess property Manager and Landlords will have to police more then we do or sale.

Internet press and media works wonderfully, as we all know, but has it gone way too far in pitting
facts against paid fiction?   Customer feedback, satisfaction reports and word of mouth advertising was a solid source for doing business with a company years ago. Your comments would be fashioned to another person face to face, or by telephone, like "that's a great place to have lunch- go do it", or "we stayed there on vacation and the kids love the pool!"
