What you can found out with a friendly conversation with one of you tenant during a Seattle holiday party! I was invited to holiday party that a friend of mine was hosting and the beverage carter was one of my tenants of one of my rental properties it was a bit awkward at first. I realized that I was the guest so I should take off my Property Manager, Hat so to speak and just be a consumer or guest to my tenants at this party. Welcome to fall weather, here in Northwest. The rains have set in, just as the leaves start to fall, and the chill from the Puget Sound has brought back that old feeling of chilly wet weather. My great reward for fall was I had a mouse in the house. What I know for sure:
Feld mice are smart.
Peppermint oil and cotton balls will make you house small good but NO- guarantee you mice will leave.(not recommend with person with breathing- asthmas problems)
