This is a great opportunity to learn some obedience skills, socialize your dog AND help support the Moore Humane Society at the same time!!!  Not to mention the benefits of spending quality time with your dog, too!
I am a huge advocate of socialization & obedience training of dogs.  You and your pet will live a healthier and happier life together if you take the time to learn a few basic skills.

POOCH PARK IN THE PINES
Pooch Park in the Pines is a 3 1/2 acre fenced park, located in Whispering Pines which is only 5 minutes from Pinehurst.  The Pooch Park is a joint project between the Moore County Humane Society and a group of volunteers called "Pooch Park Partners in the Pines".This dog park offers small dog owners like myself an added piece of mind.  I truly believe that dogs should be socialized as often as possible.  But, I admit I often have a fear of socializing my two small poodles with larger breeds.
