      <title>Civil War Wanders</title>
      <description>I am a member of the Civil War Wanders from Stafford,Va and we had a great talk given to us in Richmond about the differences between Generals Lee and Grant.&amp;nbsp; What a lecture!!&amp;nbsp; The museum had a great display of orginal writtings from both Generals.&amp;nbsp; Especially&amp;nbsp;enlightening was the post war years and the part they played in restoring the union.&amp;nbsp; The Virginia Historical Society did a great job in presenting the lecture and the displays.&amp;nbsp; Has anyone else seen&amp;nbsp;this lecture or visited the museum?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;</description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;Interest rates remain stable which is good news for all buyers.&amp;nbsp; A lot of foreclosures are being sold which is helping to reduce our large&amp;nbsp;inventory of homes.&amp;nbsp; Prices for homes continue to drop which should encourage the &amp;quot;fence post&amp;quot; buyer to make an offer.&amp;nbsp; All these trends should plus the Federal Board actions should produce a good spring market.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Does everyone see what I see or am I just looking through rose colored glasses!!&lt;/p&gt;</description>
