Think about the colors - Neutral colors are going to be the best, but it doesn't have to be beige. Buyers are not as afraid of color as they used to be, however, choose a color that will appeal to the most buyers. Home Stagers recommend you stay away from extremes. Fabrics - Solid neutral colors are best in sofas, loveseats, and chairs. You'll want to make the most from your potential buyer traffic and appeal to the broadest market. Creating 'Emotional Connection Points" for them to respond to throughout the home.
Park cars down the street and away from the driveway and front of house in order to give buyers a clear picture of the property.
Remove any front lawn debris, toys, trashcans, pet debris, etc.
