Without an improvement in employment we may well see some deterioration in OC housing again. Foothill Ranch Short Sale Homes For Sale - January 2011: Of the 35 detached homes currently for sale in Foothill Ranch 13 are short sales (data from January 25th, 2011). While overall inventory has shrunk in Foothill Ranch the percentage of short sale listings has increased from last quarter (there were only 9 detached homes listed as of Octover 16th, 2011 from a total of 35 detached homes on the market).
