Hello Investors,
After a few months off, I am back on the blogging trail again.  I have been very busy in the mortgage and real estate investment business these last few crazy months and I am looking for investors who want to take advantage of the ton of due diligince that I have been working on lately.  With all of the foreclosures (over 400 a month each month in Williamson and Travis Counties combined), this has led to a tremendous amount of bank owned properties that are starting to sit on the MLS and market.  Lenders are not liking the fact that … (2 comments)
