Today I was checking in on AR and my AR associates and to my surprise I read a blog from a Keller Williams realtor Michael Garcia, GRI that I worked with in June that was titled Stage that Home and he mentioned me. (Blushing) Michael posted.....
So, I approached the seller about this idea. I have had a few offers on the property, but none worth talking about. I also have a buyer interested in the property too.
