Everyone is probalby familar about the left brain thinkers and right brain thinkers. Through various studies and experimentation medical experts have found that two different sides, broken down to two different hemispheres  of the brain are responsible for different manners of thinking.There are major differences that come up when discussing these two types.  Here is a simple break down on both of the types of "thinkers" if you will:

I am a pretty young guy in this business. But I am inspired when I see younger agents that are really motivated and do a good job in the Real Estate Business. My question is how young is too young? 18 is the age you can get take the Real Estate Exam and become an agent. But how young is too young. I am curious if older clients feel as though younger agents are less knowledgeable or less organized then veteran agents. Can age really determine whether or not a client is willing to work with you?
