    <title>Customer Service / Like the first person....</title>

&lt;p&gt;I absolutely base my entire business on CUSTOMER SERVICE / CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.&amp;nbsp; There is a general rule that I try my very best to live by...&amp;quot;Treat every client and customer like the first person you worked with&amp;quot;.&amp;nbsp; Remember when you did not know the answers to the questions they asked you?&amp;nbsp; Remember when you would go spend endless amounts of time on the phone tracking down the answers for them.&amp;nbsp; Fresh out of Real Estate school and ready to earn...&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Your customers could tell you had that drive that made them feel they made the right decision in choosing you.&amp;nbsp; You proved them right by being that real go getter too.&amp;nbsp; You did everything it took to &amp;quot;go get it&amp;quot;, we need to do everything in our power to make sure we keep that attitude forward in our thinking.&amp;nbsp; If we are not willing to go that extra mile for our people today it will certainly reflect in our attitude.&amp;nbsp; Now more than ever (just like our housing inventory) home buyers can go choose another Realtor.&amp;nbsp; Good bad or indifferent if their attitude is better than yours you will lose.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;With our superb attitudes in hand we have the ability to build a brag book that will capture any audience (including our fellow Realtors).&amp;nbsp; We all know it is a great feeling to ask, &amp;quot;Do you have a brag book filled with client testimonials?&amp;quot;&amp;nbsp; When&amp;nbsp;their response is no show them yours and now you have the upper hand, all do to the way you treat your clients and customers.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;One a final note, please do not forget to ask for your letters of recommendation!&amp;nbsp; If you are new get one from your broker or old boss.&amp;nbsp; Do not be shy about asking for that letter, if you are building the correct relationship with your people and becoming friends then asking for the letter should be very comfortable.&amp;nbsp; Get your letter every time (if you can) and build that book.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;So if you are new, 2 years in or a seasoned vet what are your views of cusotmer service?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Robert.&lt;/p&gt;    </content>

&lt;p&gt;I have just started using the RealBird.com site to create the property specific web pages for my clients and they really love it.&amp;nbsp; This is not something that I have utilized in the past, but am certainly glad I am doing it now.&amp;nbsp; Not only can I say I am doing that page for them but I can list all the other pages RealBird.com will publish my clients url.&amp;nbsp; Great site.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I know others are using similar sites to do the same thing, any suggestions on how to improve my reach with this advertising avenue?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Thank you in advance.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Robert Kingsley.&lt;/p&gt;    </content>
