Property is bank owned and is sold as is with no disclosure. Condition is FHA insurable with minimal need of repairs.

Foreclosure - To Pursue or not to Pursue - That is the questtion - 12/11/08 09:07 PM
 I put properties on the market, but not sure if the foreclosure will sell because market analysis is determined by past sales. A cursory look at market data gives some insight, but WHO KNOWS! THE SHADOW KNOWS (oops, just dated myself)
OK, best guess? as to percent of asking for commercial/residential price ( 60%-75% or 80% t0 90# of asking).
Mortagees/Mortgagors or landlords/Owners are increasingly submitting to market pressure; however moving into depressed property takes guts.
