Beards?!?
In the news today it mentioned that the Disney World theme park is now allowing their workers to grow beards and goatees. This is the first time in 60 years that beards will be allowed! The new policy will be in place starting Feb 3, 2012.  Along with allowing beards they also are having causal Fridays for those employees that do not interact with the customers at the park. MacDonald's is getting a new modern upgrade. Trying to compete with the fast food causal eaters that frequent places like Panera bread, MacDonald's is stepping up there game. There doing this by toning down the golden arches and adding flat screen TVs, family dining booths, two lane drive through, and more.
There targeting the aging baby boomers along with the young adults. Adding things like Wi-Fi, coffee specialties, healthier choices and fresh ingredients.
