Which led me to think what does this thing CONGRATULATIONS mean?Why would an agent congratulate ME, their competitor, on a sale. Recently, at a networking event, an agent asked about one of my listingsfor their buyer and I said "It just went into escrow today". Immediately, the agent said "CONGRATULATIONS".
