Frisco Texas. Its specific neighborhood - Saddlebrook Village
where most homes start in the low $200Ks for single-story 2,100
square feet up to over $350,000 for two-story 4,000 square foot
homes.

While I do not stage houses for a living, I am a realtor that does understand the value of staging and how it can affect the outcome of staging. Keep in mind that Buyers do not purchase the furnishings, however in staging, (6 comments)

As much listings that I take, one of the challenges I face (next to pricing) is emotionally disconnecting Sellers from their houses. Some understand with a clear mind (to get the most for their money) while others feel hurt thinking what they have is purrfect!!!

I attended an Accredited Staging Professional designation workshop offered by StagedHomes and quickly put what knowledge I learnt into my listings.
Just very basic stuff about basic furniture arrangement, space flow, etc. I even asked the Active Rain stagers to help and they did! It took the Sellers 2 months to get the (16 comments)

I attended my very first realtor's designation several weeks ago: Accredited Staging Professional. I opted for the ASP Realtor title as I plan to offer staging to my clients as a value-added service.
