A bank owned home in on a salt water canal just hit the market.  I will check into that today.   I just got back from viewing the property.  The listing agent has not posted photos yet.  The only place to see photos right now is on my facebook www.facebook.com/flaglercoastalproperties  I am the dominant agent in the canal section of Palm Coast.  I live in this part of town and I know this segment of the market better than anyone.   There is simply nothing to compare to it on the market right now.   It is going to sell very fast. It is very close to ICW (there is a 16' bridge in between) It has a tile roof three car side entry garage, tile floors, large covered boat lift, nice pool,  on a very spacious covered lanai. The home sold in 2005 for $795,000. It is on an oversized 15,000 square foot lot. 125x 120.  At typical canal home has 80' of waterfront.  There is no HOA.  Club House Drive is a little bit busier than some other roads noise is not a factor and the Palm Harbor golf course is across the street.
