Answered the phone & checked emails...
Attended my BNI group called the "Rainmakers" from 8:30am-10:15am
Returned all the missed calls that I had (6 from the same person)...

Okay, so I got quite a bit of response from my "Surprised by a BPO" post last week and decided I would show new BPO's I am doing each week.  I will take out any addresses to save these homes from embarrasment!

Okay, so I am guessing that if you are reading this...you clicked the title because you COULD NOT believe it!  Real Estate is HOT?  WHAT?!!!  Everywhere you turn right now, you hear something bad about the market.  Orlando, Florida is down -6% appreciation.  Miami is down -12% appreciation.  The housing boom … (6 comments)
