Once again I got some great stats for Williamson County from Gracy Title today and thought I would share them. These compare the average sales prices in December of 2007 to December of 2006. I got some great stats for Williamson County for the month of November from Gracy Title today and thought I should share them. Leander: Avg. Sales Price: $180,917 (2007) - $162,624 (2006) - that's up 11% over Nov. of last year! Cedar Park: Avg. Sales Price: $220,054 (2007) - $226,070 (206) Georgetown (east of IH-35): Avg. One of the great things about living in the Austin area is the preponderance of parks. Champions Park is a new 33-acre park in the Round Rock/Cedar Park area near Brushy Creek Rd. and Parmer Lane that is now open to the public. The park runs along-side the Williamson County Regional (0 comments)

The new 1890 Ranch in Cedar Park has stores opening now, and wow is it impressive! It not only looks great, but, when finished, it will be a wonderful place to walk, shop and eat. I had the opportunity to check out the new Cinemark movie theater this past weekend and (0 comments)
