Thinking of Buying? "Just Do It !!!" - 07/23/08 07:54 AM
There's so many people out there "sitting on the fence" waiting for that special sign - "that we've hit bottom" and it appears that it has to be in the newspaper or on TV.  I really don't understand it: Rates are close to an all time low and sellers are offering all kinds of incentives & there's some really great deals out there.  I think people are over anaylizing all the meaningless data available.  A lot of the charts and graphs have little to do with their particular areas.  What's happening in LA has nothing to do with small towns like Boonsboro, MD.  You can't … (16 comments)
