Christmas time. To sell or not to sell? Many times when talking with homeowners about selling their homes around the holidays, I hear the same old line, "nobody is buying around the holidays". Nothing could be farther from the truth. Sure there are not as many buyers as you find in May, but the buyers that are out there are serious. Last December was one of the top 3 months of the year for my business and this December has also been very good as well.
