Please close the lid!                                                                  

I don't know if it is just me or do listing photos of a bath room with the toilet lid up bother anyone else?  

I have been using the Internet for researching my local real estate market and looking for listing that could benefit from staging. At first I was just a little surprised when I saw a few pictures with the lid up. But yesterday I spent about an hour looking at listing of a Realtor I had not looked at before. In just that hours time I found 4 photos of bath rooms with the lid up. And these were in homes listed for 300,000 and up. One was in a home listed for $1,499,000. 

This is really making me crazy! Please tell me it is not just me!

Now I am on a mission to close as many lids as I can and retake the photos! 

I welcome any and all comments and any suggestions you have to help me on my missions to ‘close the lids' on Lake of the Ozark Mo real estate listings!
