Just last year Shea Homes acquired the Jubilee active adult community located in Lacey, Washington. Originally opened in 2004 by Jenamar, the community had been known by its original name of Jubilee at Hawks Prairie. Shea Homes acquired the community in 2010 and today it is known simply as Shea Homes at Jubilee.
