&lt;p&gt;Over the last couple weeks I have been stressing out on a short sale transaction&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;leave me and all parties dangling for a hope of approval on 3rd lien holder WAMU&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Well all parties lose - WAMU YOU GET NOTHING- YES I WILL REPEAT- YOU GET NOTHING&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;i have worked on this transaction for 1+ and the 3rd lender wouldnt budge&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;may be because chase will be taking over wamu files- 60 DAY FREEZE - NO SHORT SALE PROCESSED&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;the seller get foreclosure- buyer doesnt get home&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I get No commission- the buyers realtor gets no commission&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1 lender gets raped at auction&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2nd lender gets nothing&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;you need to ask question and get well informed - does this mean no auction dates- DONT KNOW&lt;/p&gt;

      <title>Starts with a W &amp; Ends with a U- Short sale time frame SUCKS- DO YOU HAVE SUGGESTIONS PLEASE?</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;I am going to tell you a story of drawn out (over a year) short sale and they are in third place!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;short sales are happening by the hundred / thousands daily-&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Most lenders are great about getting short sale approvals in a timely fashion. THANKS YOU&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I have worked on many short sales and this bank is the worst-&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;they must not be to concerned about going to auction and getting nothing&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;of course this house was over financed by them and they are in 3rd&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;instead of taking the allow amount regulated by the 1st lender and even 2nd lender-&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;they drop the ball -why wont the bank answer our calls- or call us back&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;dont they know that the following keep calling me&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;2nd lender&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;are calling daily to know when we can close this short sale transaction&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I was given this hand made card with a fruit basket from a family who i helped stay in their home&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;this family bought their first home 2 years ago- the kids had moved from school to school&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;the fathers income had dropped because of the slowing market and the mother had to take part time&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;job just to help pay bills-&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We were able to lower interest rate and payment so that this family could stay in their home&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It feels good helping individual who need a little help- with a loan modification&lt;/p&gt;
