Ethics Violation or just plain Bad Form? - 03/28/07 09:08 AM
I just had an agent in my office tell me about an experience she had in a settlement last week. After everything was signed the buyers who were represented by the agent in my office were talking . The listing agent who was also a partner in the project being sold turned to the buyers and said " you should have done the deal with me , I could have saved you $15,000" . Needless to say the buyers agent didn't know what to do. What the buyers replied with was a class statement. They said, " no, we were happy

Thanks Mom & Dad - 03/17/07 11:29 PM
I wrote a small piece a few months back in our local Homes guide and I thought it may be a good time to throw it out there again . Although I will paraphrase a little it went something like this . The Power of RealPing - 03/15/07 12:46 PM
If any of you haven't heard of it , RealPing was added to our RE/MAX agent sites on Wednesday afternoon. It gives us the option of adding a button onto our website and email signatures, that enables a customer to contact us directly via phone . Go to your Leadstreet admin page and follow the prompt on the top of the list on the left side of the page. My very first call was a guy trying to sell me an ad in a magazine , Oh Well! . we will see how well it works in the future. Dave www.wildwoodsmls.com

Virtual Tours - 03/12/07 11:01 AM
I thouhgt I would send this out into the ether. I have just started with RE/MAX and now have to do my own listing input and maintenance. My last company did everything for us and I wanted to really seek the better virtual tour companies. Is there anyone who can give me some good feedback on their experience with VT companies?
