Well, our season is finally upon us and everyone I know has been anxiously awaiting the great weather. Even with the high gas prices, the Cape May area sits within a tank of gas from the Philadelphia and New York . Money has been tighter and home prices have fallen a bit so now is the right time to pick up your beach house. In a recent article I read it stated that more millionaires are made in down markets than up markets to an eye opening 8 to 1 ratio. If that's the case these times we are in are overflowing with opportunity.

Wildwood High Rises Coming Soon - 05/09/08 08:16 PM
Well, after several years of fighting and changing plans and local land use regs. the state of new Jersey finally gave their CAFRA approval to the first high-rise project in the city of Wildwood . After the recent building and Real Estate boom, the Island was left with many demolished motels that once handled the towns strong convention business. With the coming of the new high-rise properties their are strong hopes to return the Wildwoods as a leading convention destination by being able to provide more of an upscale resort experience.
