For some seeing $250,000 automobiles may be a regular occurance, but here in Cape May County New Jersey it usually turns heads. There is an area in my market that is being frequented more and more by people who have the means to afford cars with huge price tags, and the price of bayfront real estate along North Cape May, Townbank, and Cape May Beach is also seeing it's price tags go up.
The big draw is the sunset views over the Delaware Bay and the long gentle shoreline that spans the entire Lower Township coastline. I think we will … (6 comments)

I often get asked the question " How are sales?"  and sometimes I hesitate before saying they are doing quite well.  Most of the general public is saturated with bad news  of high foreclosure rates, high unemployment, and even worse political uncertainty. In my teams office we have a board we keep all our pending sales, it is used just to track the basics for quick reference and it is also a nice ego boost when it's full, which up until lately hasn't been.

Adirondack Lake Front Escape - 10/10/10 12:16 PM

Anyone interested in an amazing lake front rental in the central region of the Adirondacks in New york State take a look ath this one. I recently stayed here for the peak leaf color change and although we had rain the area was breathtaking and the house was perfect. There are some canoes, kayaks, and a small boat to take out on the lake (Lake Adirondack). the town isn't much but the idea of getting away from it all fits well.  It was 7 hours from Cape May county and mostly highway driving.
