Do you think you need to be seen or not be seen on the internet? That is the question - 06/18/11 05:45 PM
Do you think you need to be seen on the internet or not be seen on the internet?  I have told folks since I have been in business since 1987 that we need to be seen in many places and not just one place if you want the business.  You first to have the visibility and presence to get your company seen and recognized.
For example to see how well recognized and see SnellExperts.com is all you have to do is type in the below on Google to really get and see the juice that Google is offering and showing for … (4 comments)

Why do I get the feeling that some Realtors do not like inspectors? - 06/05/11 03:28 PM
Happy New year to all.
Why do I get the feeling that Realtors do not like some  inspectors? Could it be because inspectors are paid to perform an inspection and if the house has problems or conditions that need addressing then, he or she puts them down in the report.  If an inspector is worth their salt then he or she is going to be detailed as well as find problems.  Look hard and long enough at anything and anybody and you will find faults.
I get the feeling that some time the Realtor wants some inspectors to not be very thorough. … (6 comments)

Why scoop the pooP? - 06/04/11 04:58 PM
Did you know that cleaning up pet waste, pet droppings is not only good for your health but good for our environment?
Did you know that in Mecklenburg County that we have over a quarter of a million dogs and these dogs are producing in excess of more than 72,000 pounds of droppings each day?
Did you know that if you do not take care of animal waste in your yard that it gets transported to strom drains which then goes to your local water ways without being treated?
Did you know that there is bacteria, viruses, parasites that are in … (1 comments)

Customer Service, where has it gone? - 06/03/11 12:56 PM
I have been noticing a lot of issues lately at my local drug store that have been driving me up the wall! If you have read my previous, you know that my family has been ill recently and doctor’s visits and prescriptions are a must. Last week, I spent several hours in the emergency room with my husband who ended up having Rocky Mountain spotted fever. So at 8:00pm I ran over to the drug store to drop off a prescription where I was told the astronomical price and that it would be about 45 minutes. I dropped it and left. … (9 comments)

Bacteria and mold...when You Should Clean - 06/03/11 12:54 PM
I was watching yet another documentary today; I have gotten sucked into them now that I have on demand television (I am stepping into the new age! Congratulate me!) This one was about how often specific items in your home should be cleaned. Now, I am a cleaning fanatic! I do a once daily 45 minute overhaul of my home. I touch up the kitchen, refresh the bathrooms, do dishes and laundry and sweep the floors. Now, when you have 2 kids, 2 dogs, 3 cats and 5 hermit crabs, this is a necessity. My home always LOOKS clean…but after watching … (6 comments)

Lyme Disease is here! - 06/03/11 12:52 PM
After watching the documentary on Lyme disease and its rapid spreading throughout the United States, I decided to do some research and dig a little deeper into the subject. Why? Well, because it is such a low rated disease that is so easy to catch and extremely difficult to get rid of. Doctors are pushing the Lyme disease scare off to the side, some even saying it doesn’t exist and that it is a mental disease more than anything.
In 2009 and 2010 the number of cases related to tick borne illnesses has skyrocketed by nearly 70%. This is just reported … (0 comments)

My name is Elizabeth however, since I became a teach, instructor, taxi driver, cook and mommy I have become … (2 comments)
