Greed and poor customer service - 10/20/11 05:47 PM
Ever wonder why so many companies in this country of ours are so greedy?
Do they have to be greedy or do they choose to be greedy?
Recently, I canceled my service with a telephone company who has a T in their name.  I had my 
advertising with them, local directory, dsl and land line with local and long distance which all
amounted to $35,000 but because they were so greedy and because their service went down hill, and 
because they would disconnet our phone service for like a week at a time, I just had it and canceled my

Sewage Backup Is No Laughing Matter! - 10/09/11 05:16 PM
Sewage backup?  Yes, unfortunately, I DO know a thing or two about sewage backup.  First and foremost, and I think it goes without saying, IT'S JUST PLAIN GROSS!  
 
  While living with my parents over the course of close to two years, their septic tank, located so conveniently in the front yard, backed up and stayed backed up for the full two years I was there, and then some.  I'm not quite sure if this had something to do with cramming six people into their four bedroom house for quite some time, but I wouldn't doubt it.  Showers, laundry, dishes, toilets flushing every … (6 comments)
