For many of us across the globe, the devastating power of Mother Nature is not something that we truly appreciate. That is of course assuming that you have not witnessed it first hand in the form of a natural disaster. Yeah sure we have all seen footage on the news of a flood that happened a few thousand miles away from us, but until you get to see the destruction first hand, it’s difficult to fully comprehend just how dangerous Mother Nature can be when she decides to lash out. Why does America celebrate a day of volence such as July 4th?
Do you think that we are really free when our government mandates to us what we have to do such as wear seat belts, wear a helmet and more?
Are we really free or do we want to act like we are really free?
Are we celebrating bloodshed that so many men and women shed for America or the freedom that we have or do not have in this country of ours?

Most people have no problem calling to mind the memory of their first kiss. For most of us the experience was most assuredly awkward, and for some, downright terrifying. As we were doing some spring cleaning the other day, I came across a story that my younger brother had written several years ago describing his first kiss. I just couldn’t resist posting this because as memorable as most of our stories are, I think this is probably one of the ones that stand out the most to me. Happy reading!
