 May 30, 2008 - We are in a Buyer's Market in Seven Lakes, NC...houses are priced to sell and there are quite a few homes to choose from.  Just recently I took clients from San Diego around our community, and they could not believe our prices!!!  Compared to the pricing in their market, we are priced very, very, well.  Another asset we have going for our market is our property taxes and taxing on retirement (NC)....Moore County is quite attractive!!!!  As I suggested to Clare and Tim, finding a home is not a problem in Moore County!  We have incredible houses in our area.  Whether you  move to Pinehurst, Seven Lakes, Southern Pines, etc......I will be able to find you a beautiful property (lot or home), in your price range, that meets your needs.  However, when planning for your retirement, you need to think about your lifestyle.  What does your retirment look like to you?  Will you be golfing? fishing? active in the community? walking to the local coffee shop? Will you still be working?
