Why has my home not sold? Why are my listings not selling? PRICE & PRESENTATION. Anyone entering into a listing with a home they would not feel comfortable living in themselves should not take the listing. Once presentation is taken care of we then come to price. This is not in our control to value the home, the market will do this for us. If you do not get 10 showings or and offer in the first 30 days you are priced too high period. Leads are the gifts of the Real Estate Gods, our lifeblood but most of us neglect them and wonder why we are not as busy as we should be. Unless you have enough leads to achieve your goals then you need more, how many are slipping through the cracks? When was the last time you reviewed your lead generation systems? Stay Positive!! Clients need to see a professional business person in-front of them one that can explain why their home can not sell for what they thought it would. A professional who can first understand and then demonstrate their clients net worth as a buyer, which lessens or even removes the sting of their new list price. Let's get serious for one moment. Homes are still going to sell, people are still going to buy. So homeowners, and Real Estate agents stop whining, focus on why you wanted to move in the first place and decide if it's worth it!.
