Do 100% Financed loans Still Exsist, We are being told so. - 07/21/08 09:38 AM
There are several products we are comming across that seem to be offering 100% financing again. I would be interested to see if anyone else is seeing or have used these products such as 203K, R&D and farmers loans. This would be great for horse farm properties in the Metro Atlanta area.
