As we draw to to a close of 2008, prices have obviously dropped from the boom days and we are experiencing atrue buyers market in all price ranges. West metro agin offers more home for the money and good commutes into Atlanta.
The good news is lower taxes and better commutes has attracted large employers and new business. This will help 2009 be a year of recovery and a strong market.

If You can't afford the repayment you can't afford the house. The new plan to reduce the mortgage rate down to 4.5% looks OK in theory. What worries me is comments mad by the government like, 'this will allow people to buy bigger mortgages,' or 'Fannie Mae will let certain borrowers refinance even if their current loan equals as much as 120% of it's current value.'
