&lt;p&gt;I flew over Sescape Condos in Galveston on Thursday 18 September 2008 and took some pictures. Flew on a Cessn 330 Twin Engine beauty from Hooks, Compliments of one of my agents, Ms Birmingham who just joined our team from Re/Max. The median 1 bedroom price is $124,000 and for a 2 bedroom is $227,000. Damage sustained throughout complex. Estimated date for reoccupancy is November 30, 2008.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Prices are low but as we have seen in Orange Beach, FL and in Gulf Shores, AL......Investors and developers and increased $$$$ rebuilding pressures price index in the community.&lt;/p&gt;

After raising her daughter on her own, this is the first home she has ever owned. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;All of our families came from substandard or destroyed housing prior to becoming owners of Habitat for Humanity homes. Each family had to qualify to meet the rigorous standards set by Habitat, including helping to build other Habitat Homes and qualifying financially to meet minimum mortgage repayments. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cindy Szinegh, EXIT Realty's Vice President of Corporate Services says, "It humbles and inspires us to work with an organization like Habitat for Humanity. We not only get the opportunity to give money but to actually be there to assist in the building of these homes, to meet and to get to know these families, to give our sweat and our souls to those that want 'a hand up' not 'a hand out'. Habitat for Humanity really reflects what EXIT is all about....HEART."&lt;/td&gt;
