Get it while the Getin's Good!

When I was growing up, we often heard Get it while the Getin's Good! as an expression that it was an offer that should not be refused. I believe that certainly applies to vacant land in Yavapai County. I have one listing for a 5-acre building site that is a terrific buy. The lot has a well, gorgeous views, and the price has been reduced from $325,000 to $189,000. Other RURAL land is available from $180,000 per acre. See JohnMosier.com for more information.

No Such Thing As Seller's Market....

In today's market and from my experience, there is one important fact that I have learned... There is no such thing as a Seller's Market. There is only a Good Buyer's Market and a Bad Buyer's Market. The seller may set the asking price, however, I have come to realize that the seller does not set the selling price anymore, the buyer does.
