Client?Friend?Client?Friend...How About Both! - 09/26/07 08:40 PM

      I have always considered myself very fortunate in the Clients I work with.
We stay in contact, exchange personal news and have a genuine affection for each other!
I just closed on a property with a Seller who had also purchased through me. Our prolonged relationship translated to an easy comfortable partnership.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
A few weeks ago I was running back and forth with an offer on this Clients property (I was also working with the Buyer). I was set to meet the Seller at 4:00.
At 2:00 I got a call from a Potential Buyer who expressed interest in a property I have … (25 comments)
What Every Pet Owner Should Know - 09/21/07 08:14 PM
  I got one of those dreaded FW.FW Emails today. I usually delete (witout even opening) cause I don't like to consider bad things happening if I don't "pass it on to 5 of my closest friends"!
This one was from a good friend, so thinking there may be a privaate mesage attached (there wasn't), I opened it.... I will admit there was information worth sharing.
(information verified by Snopes)
  The subject of the email was a 56 lb. 5 year old Male Lab/mix who had eaten half a canister of raisins. A few hours later he started vomiting and shaking and he had … (64 comments)
New Hampshire Market Trends-No Surprises Here! - 09/19/07 10:29 PM
  The September Report is out and the news is not unexpected. The decline in Sales is not totally due to poor Market Conditions.
  This week NHAR Market Trends Report points out that a lack of affordable housing is a major cause for the fact that the Workforce in New Hampshire is growing at less than 1% a year and is projected to be zero witih 5 years.
  Unfortunately New Hampshire cannot sustain a vibrant economy on the revenues form tourism, part time retirees and part time residents. Working people have historically been the strongest group of people seeking housing (after retiree's … (19 comments)
  Say it, sing it....let the word roll around you tongue....does it fit?
  Is it how you are to others ?  Is it what you tell yourself?  What exactly is it?  Do you really know?
  My Mother used to say "Things will be a lot worse if you lie...and we find out".
  I believed her...I don't lie!
  I told my son, "Listen to the little voice, it will steer you straight"..... When he was 8 he got in trouble...serious trouble! I asked him "what happened"? He answered  "I heard the little voice...and I told it to be quiet"
  Well....he was honest!
Energy Saving Solutions In Landscaping #3 - 09/03/07 03:34 PM
  When planning to build or to Landscape an existing house, too little attention is paid to the Energy Saving aspects of Landscaping.
  If building...Solar Orientation of the house should be a primary consideration. Taking advantage of exposure to the sun can save $$$$. Studies have shown that careful positioning of homes and thoughtful planting of trees and shrubas can save up to 25% of cooling energy. Summer daytime temperatures are 3-6 degrees cooler in tree shaded neighborhoods.
  The considerations should be of:
