Concord's City Planners are stepping up to the plate and are looking into expanding our city's Middle Income and Workforce Housing. They are looking into converting upper story downtown space into apartments or condominiums to encourage more downtown mixed-use development. Many of Concord New Hampshire's Neighborhood Elementary Schools date to pre-1936. There is a plan in the works to consolidate Concords Eight Elementary Schools . The "Plan" envisions closing four, rebuilding two and one new one! A group of citizens , calling themselves ABC (A Better Choice), is attempting to save seven of (12 comments)
