It has been a moment since I have posted a blog on here my apologies go out to my customers and my active rain friends...I hope this all will be changing soon. However I would like to talk about a very important program that I just learned of today and wanted to share it with those of Ohio. We have been handeling alot of short sales and we have been very successful with them, and we have actually grown very fond of doing this... However, We are looking for advice in how to approach people who are going through this situation, and have no clue that they can be helped...... Its been over a week since my internet has been down and I just wanted to say how much I missed active rain, its amazing the addiction is overwhelming. I wanted to appologize to everyone who had posted on our last blogs, and no reply's were sent, so THANK YOU ALL VERY MUCH!!!! it has been very hectic, but we are back up and running, and it feels great to be back... I am taking a survey for Realtors and Consumers....... Realtors - What do you believe is the worst mistake you have made or even expierenced in the past with your buyers and sellers? Consumers - I want to know what you think makes a great Realtor, whats your expectations and what has your worst expierences been.... Granted no Realtor is perfect, however I am doing this survey to get advice and stories on what people really think about Realtors and the mistakes they believe made for a terrible expierence.
